Born from operational experience
Cole founded ALCON Intelligence Ltd in 2022 after 15 years serving in the New Zealand Defence Force and working across multiple intelligence streams in both military and civilian roles.
What began as an open-source project to help people stay ahead of global hot spots quickly developed into a company. ALCON emerged in response to a clear gap in real-world, present-day intelligence analysis training that organisations could trust.
Since then, ALCON has grown into a partner for clients worldwide — helping lift the intelligence capability of individuals and teams and providing direct support to critical missions.
Military career begins
Began a military career that would span over 15 years across multiple domains, culminating in operational intelligence and intelligence leadership roles.
