Curriculum and Content
The Intelligence Analyst Certification Course provides eight modules with over eighty-five lessons, sixty activities, twenty exercises, and detailed assessments. Course content may be updated or revised at any time to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Community Access
Enrolment includes lifetime access to the School of Intelligence Community. All members must adhere to community guidelines. Any breach of these guidelines may result in removal from the community without refund.

Exercises and Scenarios
The course features immersive real-world simulations such as Iron Guardian and Resolute Horizon. These are designed for training purposes only and must not be interpreted as real operational intelligence.

Extra Resources and Guides
Supplementary learning materials and guides are provided to support students throughout the course. These resources may be added to, updated, or changed at the discretion of the provider.

Live Weekly Q&A Calls
Group Q&A sessions are held on a weekly basis. Times may vary, and recordings may be made available at the discretion of the instructor. Attendance is optional and may not be practical for all time zones.

1:1 Mentoring
Each enrolment includes one complimentary sixty-minute mentoring session. Sessions must be booked within six months of enrolment and are subject to instructor availability.

Career Coaching
Career coaching is provided as guidance only. It does not guarantee employment, internships, or placement in the intelligence field.

Certification Pack
The Premium Certification Pack, which includes a hard copy certificate, detailed course report, custom folder, and challenge coin, is issued upon successful course completion. Delivery times will vary depending on location.

Instructor Access
Students will receive personalised feedback from instructors within reasonable timeframes. Instructor availability may vary depending on workload and course scheduling. Direct access does not imply unlimited availability.

Lifetime Access
Lifetime access applies to both the course materials and the community platform for as long as ALCON Intelligence maintains these services. If the platform is discontinued, reasonable efforts will be made to provide continued access to materials in another format.

Official Certification
Certification relates to meeting the standards set by ALCON Intelligence Ltd, which are certified by the IAFIE. It confirms successful completion of the course but does not guarantee recognition by external agencies, employers, or organisations.

Refund Policy
The course comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Alternatively, students may request a refund if they have completed no more than the first two modules, whichever occurs first. Refunds will not be available after these conditions are exceeded.
